3rd party seller? that's the only thing I can think of seeing as they also have a load of BT, Encore and other Japanese toys at the bottom of the page

yes, tru.com like many other sites, *example, amazon.com* tends to open their site up for "other" distruptors to sell their stuff off of. they learned this back when they were partnered with amazon.com. things like this has been known to be on other sites, like target, walmart, kb's. and what not. they are not actually selling it themselves, rather letting some one sell the toy, via them.

This is fairly old news, been discussed many times. TRU.com sells TF Encore as well and Binaltech if memory serves.

Actually this is not a third party using the TRU website. TRU does in fact order small quantities of Takara products to be sold only online. It is part of our agreement with TakaraTomy. We probably have fewer than 50 of each total.
