I came home from work today looking forward to my brand new MP Grimlock only to find out it was stolen.

I knew it was stolen, because I had another package delivered today which wasn't there and my girlfriend had one also. Long story short they took mine and left my girlfriend's, which was ripped open.

Hopefully, this will be resolved and I can finally have a my MP Grimlock!

    That... bites!

What, was the package left on your doorstep or something? Don't you usually have to sign for things like that?

Awww man, that's horrible to hear. One thing I do is either put a note on the door when I leave that says "please deliver to apartment office" or when I lived in a house "please do not leave packages due to theft. i will pick up at the local ____ (ups, fedex, usps) office"

I've said it before and I will say it again, It should be illegal to leave packages without prior consent from the recipient. What kind of a country do shipping companies think that we live in, Canada? lol In the USA, they will steal your sh*t! Good luck man, but I wouldn't bet on a happy outcome for you.

I have to agree... they shouldn't be able to just leave packages.

Sometimes I've seen stuff stuck in between the screen door and front door.

...That said, my feelings are slightly different given there's no longer a post office 5 minutes from my house.

This sucks to hear. I usually have packages delivered to my work/office since I'm there during the day. Never had any problems with theft with this method. I hope you can work something out with the shipper/store. Good luck.

Not true. I've had stuff just left at my door before. None stolen. Yet. Maybe because I live at a dead end so no random bypassers comes around.

Damn...that royally sucks. Completely un-Transformed related, but theft-related:

At the ESL school I own, we use to keep our shoes and the students shoes outside in shoe racks. One day, my wife wore a pair of brand-new boots to work, and I mean brand new, she'd just bought them the day before. That night, she went to go out and get some food and her boots were missing...

Fortunately, we have a security camera aimed at the front door, so I checked the footage for that day...some prick on a scooter had driven past the school, seen her boots and turned around to come back. He picked up her boots and another pair of suede boots that were out there, looked them over, chucked back the other pair and took off with my wife's :mad

I pushed and pushed her dad to get in touch with the cops, as he's quite chummy chummy with all the local "law enforcement", but he refused as the picture of the thief's face was blurry...even though we had the make of his scooter, a good desciption of his height, build, even the colour of rainjacket he was wearing and the colour and style of his helmet...but that would have meant the "cops" would have actually got up off their lazy asses and did their jobs (I hate the "police" here...very, very long story). Needless to say, I lost my shit.

Almost lot a shipment from American Eagle and my Microman Comic ver Superman too thanks the idiots at the post office.

    Postal workers suck the world-round.
