    Hi guys,

I have finally finished the Galvatron. Added the knee caps amongst other touch ups and a coat of better purple on him.

Sorry, I lost the last thread. Anyway, this is the completed Galvy's pics.

Putting him in the finished basket.

    Thanks for looking.

In case anyone missed the old thread, I have included the alt mode pics.

    Thanks for the comments.

alondav77, the custom is made from several parts. First is a MP Prime body base. Modified with a scratchbuild chest piece. The legs come from an 12" gundam which were released about 5-6 years ago. The knee cap from Energon megatron, the shoulders come from PVC pipes and even a star wars walker figure for the upper arms.

Bellyboy, thanks. No, those hands are too small for this scale. This bot stands 12" which means only MP Prime scaled hands are the only possiblity here. So, this uses the Gundam hands that are of that scale.

Alchemist and jcartwork, fan of your work too. Your galvy on eBay looks sick jcart. Thanks for liking this. A lot of heart went into this classic character.

Lastly, the head and the cannon was an enlarge cast of the original G1 and original design on the head.

Awesome! A Galvatron custom that looks the part in all three modes. And HAS all three modes. My only nitpick with this is that he's missing the gunsight, which is what gives him the distinctive upper ridge in cannon mode.
