Been looking at some amazing versions of this guy and decided to tackle the task first hand but don't know exactly what parts I need to assemble the figure. I'm simply asking if anyone could perhaps give me a complete list of the following accessories needed? All so, any advice on tackling this beast would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

check out seali_me's YouTube page, he gives pretty accurate descriptions on the build, and on the last video, the HOW TO, he lists the parts he used.

jarb found better connectors from what he described. hexapipe.

these combiners are HARDLY MP quality. more like classics.

MP devastator is still in the making by wikkid. one limb is i think about the size of a custom classics devastator. can't wait for that one.

    no prob.

That's should provide with enough info to make a Devy, or even any combiner, since Devy is, imo the more complicated one, except on one field, feet.
