So, I discovered a super simple way to get the beast mode from having a loose midsection. It's honestly so simple that it makes me wonder why this wasn't part of the engineering to begin with, as it easily could have been.
    Tools needed- Five Second Fix
    Time needed- 20 seconds

The tail gun side overlaps the copper side ring...

Two dabs of the FSF to create a small, rounded post (I built each side up twice, hence the 20-seconds needed)...

Here's the ring the posts will fit into...

Squeeze the sides of the gun in, and the beast mode is now solid as a rock! I'm holding it by the front shoulders here, and the hindquarters are perfectly locked in place.

Best part is it's reversible and doesn't harm the figure at all.

I'm an idiot here, but what is the FSF? Also, nice find.

Exactly. It comes in a tube with a small UV light on one end. You apply the liquid resin where you want it (it's thick like gel glue), then use the UV light to harden it. It literally only takes five seconds to react.
I've been using the stuff for a while now, and it's pretty durable and makes for solid connections. The only downside is it can't be used for sandwich joints, but is perfect for supporting angles.

Right again Yaujta! I use the same stuff too, but it's called BONDIC. Super fast as you say 5 seconds. I love that you can build it up layer by layer. It saved my butt on a tv show when I had to repair a vintage pair of glasses that shattered at the arm. I even got the arm to still fold up. Amazing stuff.
