I'm by no means a FT zealot, but I have many of their figures, and some that I really like. I think Willis is pretty good, but not perfect. It'll be interesting to see what Takara does with Hound. I almost always buy the HasTak when they get around to a character, but am not always blown away happy by their offers. No figure is perfect and QC happens, sometimes randomly. There are other 3P figures that are done nicely, too, and for me fill a glaring hole that HasTak has yet to address. I'm looking forward to MP Sunstreaker.

I have to say that buying MP-36 Megs from Amazon.jp was my best toy purchasing experience. Ever!

Now if I could just get past that weird face sculpt...

    Ok I went for it.

I'd love a 3P to make some sunglasses and maybe some IDW accesories to go with Sunny. December will be here before we know it, can't wait for the Lambo Brothers.

Remember those who ordered from Anime Export, they close from the 26th December for a week or two, so don't expect your Sunstreaker from them until mid January at the earliest.

Well, fuck. I do have this, Sideswipe and Black Prime on order, so getting three MP's should soften that wait time. And then MP Hot Rod from amazon! that's 4 MP's in two months!

Amazon may never close, but if the version in your country doesn't have it at a reasonable price, then it's back to e-retailers.

Who releases something between Christmas and New Year's?!

This bothers me. So so so much. But it's the first time in 3 years that it's affected me. Guess I'll just have to suck it up.

I get it and you're not wrong to feel that way.

For me though, I wait 6 months, sometimes up to a year for these things so 2 weeks isn't going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back, so to speak. It is what it is. I, personally can't fault people for taking the holidays off. If I can swing, I like to have Christmas to New Years off. So I accept it.

(That's not to say watching the tracking of the parcel once it ships isn't excrutiating at times, but again, it is what it is and I look forward to the final arrival of the latest and greatest toy... with a lot of well concealed excited anticipation, lol)

Lol back when BBTS jumped the gun on Magnus and bee I had them preordered for 9 months. There was another figure I waited over a calander year for but don't remember which.

Oooh I had The Last Guardian preordered for just over 8 years at Game Stop in the states. I lost my preorder and the money cause I left America but I still grabbed a copy on day one. Good game.

Pre-ordering these things is a bit of a gamble. Previously, I would be patient and wait. Given the current interest in TT MP, waiting for the reissue sometimes is a painfully long wait (e.g. Megatron 2.0).

I know Megs was sold out fast, but is it common for TT masterpieces? I wasn't planning to pre order, but now I get nervous.

Preordering is a must for TT MP's IMO if you want to get the best price possible. Japanese E-tailers are the way to go, and they offer discounts as compared to stateside stores. I have no doubt SS will sell out and be reissued in record time to meet demand. That's what I do at least.

Can't wait until they reveal their Galvatron. It's my most anticipated MP, ever. No one has done it justice yet.
