It's actually exactly the same photo, but the reflections on the chrome are too good for it to be photoshopped (or are they?), so I guess the spoiler was photoshopped yellow in some photos? Actually in other photos it looks photoshopped chrome.

Maybe they were waiting on Lamborghini's approval for chrome spoiler before putting those photos out there.

 

The box art pose - got some black bits round his crotch. Could he be on a flight stand not fully photoshopped away?

OMG, OMG!! I see it but I don't believe it, Sunny is even more beautiful than the goddess Venus herself. The articulation with both hand on the rifle and especially the army ground encroaching and shooting style just put other MP figures articulation into shame. All of his gimmicks utterly remarkable. The part that still in question for me, the chrome and real spoiler, are they both built as part of the car, or will it be removable to use either the chrome or real spoiler? Seeing the original toy box pose and the MP pose side by side, now make me wish he comes with the chrome hose-gun as well. Overall, Sunny is my most magnificent MP carbot that has been revealed so far. I didn't expect Hasui carbots to be top over, but man, Sunny just beat them out.

Chip looks good, but the least they could've done is to give him his elbow articulation. His arm looks they are floating on that wheel chair, lol.

 

So awesome. Was skeptical that the initial photos might be hiding some ugly with angles etc. Still would've bought him, but MP39 looks too sweet to even describe.

By the way, for those who don't want to pay $120+, SS is showing up on some of the Asian E-tail Sites for between about $75-$85 of your American dollars.

 

Put in my preorder for two of him.   ￥ 10,170 shipped ain't too shabby considering that's about $92 USD. AmiAmi has him up for preorder for ￥ 8,780 + ¥ 500 shipping, but they have a 1 limit per customer plus I believe they do tack on the 8% Japanese consumption tax (Amazon.co.jp doesn't charge tax), so any would-be savings are really negligible in the end for me. I'd rather deal with Amazon.co.jp than AmiAmi for any potential returns/exchanges in case of a defect/problem with the figure(s).

Man, MP-39 is looking stellar. All he needs is his arm nozzle cannon and maybe the rocket backpack that goes with Sideswipe (to help ease the price a bit). Just strange that MP-12+ seemingly won't include his rocket backpack to help take the sting out of double-dipping on the guy for MP-12 early adopters.
