Like the title says, I'm interested in knowing is there any difference in the E-Hobby version and the regular version of MP-04S as far as packaging goes since I already know the E-Hobby one includes the comic.

Its not Ehobby, its Toy Hobby Market that is selling MP-04S in Japan. :)

There is no comic too for toy hobby version.
Same box, everything is the same. Except toy hobby version comes with a bio card that listed the toy serial number - xxxx/2010.

According to the post below, there might be three versions of MP-04S out.

    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/trans...-mp-4s-not-limited-2010-flooding-streets.html

FreedomGundam on Cybertron.ca posted a photo of his bio card. It had "C1" before the number. So there could be two versions with numbered bio cards. One from Toy Hobby, released in Japan. And an Asia version, numbered as well.
