my mp-04 RIGHT chest window doesn't close down probably, when I press it down it always pops out alittle so it's not flush with the left side. Does anyone have this problem?
MY HAsbro 20th prime(first edition) doesn't have this problem, the left and right windows close/ click in place.

It's apparently a really common problem with MP-04.

The fact that your 20th Anniversary Prime DOESN'T have that is the weird thing. All the ones I've ever seen have the same problem.

I guess I'm lucky neither my MP-01 or 20th have this problem. The only thing my Mp-01 has wrong is that his right foot falls off easily.

Every twentieth Prime and MP Prime has this problem. Even the official pictures tend to show it. Though I've been assured numerous times that if it bothers me (which it does) that just means I'm ridiculously annal and I hate Transformers or something to that effect.

Strangely, the Korean re-issue of MP01 I bought doesn't have this problem. It's the only version of that mold I've seen that doesn't though.

When I get time, my permanent fix for this is going to be some nice heavy-duty magnets to hold the chest pieces together.

Mine does it. It is annoying. Especially considering the price of MPs.

My 20th Anniversary Prime's chest panels close perfectly. Always have. I thought this problem only became widespread with MP-04, which is renowned for its poor QC.

Nope. You can even see it on the original 20th Prime stock photos if you see them at high enough resolution to tell.

The only problem on my MP-04 is that the cab windows are misaligned.

My 20th Anni (BD) doesn't have that problem, but I hope the newer version doesn't either, since I want to get him to match the MP-05 I plan to pick up next month (if still available).

There are more reports of paint chipping and other quality control problems than there have been on the other uses of this mold. It's not going to fall apart in your hands, but it's not as solidly put together as MP-01 or 20th Anniversary Optimus.

My Masterpiece and 20th Anniversary version of PRIME both had that mis-alignment problem on the chest. Not much I can do about it either!
