Being so old, I felt that Jetfire should not have such massive forearms. Makes him feel a little too powerful. I moved the Arm-kibble by fixing it to the panels on the double-ended socket posts.

I've since removed the screw-holder on the forearms but kept the little clips, so that the nose of the Black-bird will still attach securely. The back-kibble is perhaps a tiny bit bulkier, but not horribly so.

I also manipulated the posts that the engines are attached to, to give Jetfire a sleeker profile.

yeah, similar mod to what I did on mine. the arm kibble really needs to be removable. I can deal with the back stuff. the arm kibble really holds well w/o the screw.

I cannot for the life of me figure out where you attached the arm kibble. Can we get some bigger and clearer pics, please?

The arm kibble has been glued to the panels that sit on the shoulder, the ones that have the big, red "JTFR" on them. The last pic shows this.

That means it retains the perfect transformation.
