Actually if you look at the left leg, it’s formed by an excavator (specifically the one scrapmetal turns into) which isn’t actually present in the combination scene.

Devastator:
Right leg: long haul
Left leg: scrapmetal
Right arm: scrapper
Left arm: scrapmetal + yellow rampage
Torso: overload + scavenger
Head: mixmaster

 

I’d want SS Devastator to be vehicles without individual bot modes, cause at the SS price-point there’s no way they’d be able to make all three modes decent. Plus it’s just not film accurate.

 

Hmm, the size doesn’t look really right. If I recall correctly Sentinel Prime was around Megatron’s height which means that he’d be about 35ft or lower.

So, if Hasbro decides to try another take at Sentinel, he should be around ROTF Megatron’s height.

 

If we’re going by scale chart, sentinel is 30ft. Don’t know how they actually stacked up in the film, haven’t seen it in a bit.

 

IMO, the scale would be better if Optimus had the size of SS Megatron.

 

Sentinel had almost the same size in screen. So he shoud be a big-ass voyager.

 

Yeah I forgot we see the yellow dump truck but somehow another pair of tracks end up for n the left leg instead.

 

That actually works way better than I though, the only things that screws it a bit is the contrast of the blue.

 

Oh yeah, they'd have to be top quality. The Revoltechs seem small and they're all the same size, not scaled relative to each other. I'd happily pay the same as we're paying for each size class if it meant they were in scale and accurately painted (well in as much detail as is necessary at the smaller scale).

 

I think Rampage would work as a voyager too. Especially if he needs to match up to Long Haul in leg mode.

I do love the original Long Haul, but I would certainly be open to see how a Studio Series one would be. The way they bulked up Grimlock looks awesome, so if they could do the same for him, I'd be all in.

No, he's definitely on my wants list too.

Not only is Optimus to small compared to most autobots in SS series, Sentinel needs to be a leader by the looks of it!

 

I actually don't care for Devastator, tbh. It'd be cool but I don't see it happening. If anything, I'd rather just take individual Constructicons who don't combine but look good in both modes anyways.

Speaking of Hatchet, we better know something soon because I'm not gonna buy Crowbar if there's nothing about him.

 

Welp, I figured out what the holdup was, turns out HTS called me days ago to confirm my info but the phone with that number broke so I couldn't receive the call. Got it all sorted though and Megs and Brawl should be on their way now.

Also placed an order for Cogman (ebay) and a few ROTF scouts. I'm really glad Cogman didn't balloon to extreme prices due to scarcity.

 

Finally added Barricade and now I can't wait for them to release Ironhide! Also picked up my first 3rd party figure from a local collector which is AA Firage! He's actually not that bad to transform though some pegs are a bit tight so takes some force to separate and the hip/engine block hinge is loose which makes it annoying to pose but other than that I am happy.

 

Thank you. I know Sentinel Prime was a bit taller in robot mode so this is acceptable to me. But the rosenbauer panther is a very large vehicle and for that to be in scale Sentinel will have to be a shell-former if he gets a studio series voyager scale release.

 

Agree, given his also big-ass fire truck form that easily made Ironhide’s topkick form look puny

 

Would definitely not mind some new Constructicons. I turned my Long Haul into an Onslaught and my Mixmaster into his tow truck form for display purposes with the TLK Decepticons
