this new studio series looks awesome if I can ever get my hands on any. my priority ones are ratchet, bee, jazz and blackout. I'm hoping we get more waves. if so, my wish list is ironhide, 07 arcee, bonecrusher, scrapper, mirage, Mohawk, onslaught and soundwave.

 

I agree with your wants, but I also want more!!! Also, just to let you know, there was an Ironhide listed in the leaks. Said he was a wave 3 Voyager.

 

I was lucky enough to be able to pre-order Hot Rod, Crosshairs, and Bumblebee for a fairly reasonable price on Amazon JP just before they were released over there. Otherwise, much like yourself, I'd have never been able to get them. I think I saw Crosshairs on a shop shelf here once. I can't remember

I got Cogman from one of those Taiwanese sellers on eBay, which, admittedly, was a bit of a gamble. But, he did get here eventually (a month later to be exact), and I'm glad he did

Yeah, according to the leaks, there'll be a new voyager Ironhide in the third wave of the Studio Series line, along with a tattooed version of the wave one voyager Starscream, IIRC

 

Decided for one last hurrah at Toys R Us and picked up Berserker and Slug out of pity. Neither are that bad.

 

I’m really hoping for lots more waves, and I think they will based off the popularity around them. I’d love a soundwave as well as many others.

 

I'd be so disappointed if they did this line and didn't release a Soundwave. I'm still bitter over not getting the DOTM deluxe.

I know some people are asking for another shockwave mood for the studio series but honestly this mold is perfect to me. It’s transformation is nice, it’s very movie accurate I think it’s perfect.

 

I'm heading to the collector store first thing in the morning to pick up some orders. They have Studio Series Deluxes in stock. Should I pick up a Bumblebee while I'm at it?

 

If you don't have the W3 TLK Bumblebee, it's a MUST buy. If you have that mold already, it's up to your preference. It's a fantastic mold with a fun transformation (on my copy at least), has nice poseability, looks good in robot and especially the Camaro mode, and it's even in a scale system!!!

I also have a question however. Let's say I'm lucky, and I find both StarScream and Optimus Prime, but I can only afford one, which one should I get? I'm leaning towards Optimus, as I personally find it more appealing, and if I do miss out on SS, I can get his wave 4 repaint with his tattoos.

 

Seems like a solid reason to go with OP, as long as you genuinely think you'll like him despite his issues. The tattoos and circular saw are probably more iconic for Starscam anyway. Just make sure you don't end up in the same situation with wave 3 Screamy and Ironhide. (unless it turns out Ironhide sucks)
