I really wanted Thundercracker but thats not looking good now is it?
My thoughts exactly. Throughout Spring Break, in planning on trying to run into whatever TRU I can find. I really, really want TC, so I'm really hoping I'll be able to find one before I have to reply on scalpers......
I won't have a chance till March 30th so I can only be hopeful that the one Toys R Us I plan to stop at on that day will still be open but odds are even if they are I bet they really won't have any of the exclusives I'm going to look for.
I'm more worried about getting MPM Barricade.
It will be interesting to see how Hasbro handles the MPM line going forward and if they don't wether Takara runs with it (you'd think they would except for the brand alignment thing).
i know a guy on ebay who can hook you up. username ladiesman217.
he knows fuckall about glasses tho.
Mine's been spending a surprising amount of time at the front of my display ranks lately as well since he seems to match up with new Bee better than anybody else I have (also they're both vinatge cars). The scary part is I was alive when Bee was common on the road and now the age of Bee's car is closer to the age of Hubcap's car than to new cars coming out now (I think). How did I get so old?
So I'm betting with Toysrus's closure, Thundercracker will be like the new DOTM Deluxe Leadfoot?
Thanks to the popularity of online shipping maybe not!
I'm just saying since Toysrus is closing, Thundercracker will be scarce.
They've already popped on the West Coast and should be making their way East soon. Hopefully in light of recent news the street date would be lifted if they have it in stock.
Hey, does anyone know how the MPM figures and the Human Alliance ones match up scale-wise? Wondering if HA Jazz would fit with MPM-3...
Human alliance transformers are a bigger scale than MPM's. HA Jazz is too big for MPM-3.
I'm starting to wonder what's going to happen to future MPMs with no Toysrus.
Ah, damn. That means the MPMs are smaller than 1/24. I recall hearing Bee is voyager-sized, so...what did I expect?
Online retailers will still have them, so I doubt ToysRUs dying will kill the MPM line. If it does, they better get the Movie 1 Autobots out first.
Look at his face.
He is not Optimus, he is your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.
He is the Optimus Prime!!
Huh. I didn't realize the second version had better eyes. Of course it's probably still difficult to actually get one (or maybe not).
Looks great btw- fantastic work!
Excited to get the new ss series!!
Times to enlarge my deluxe class super car collection!!
It is wonderful to make the deluxe smaller and deluxe lock down larger for matching the scale with the other deluxe class car
They’ll just be sold online. BBTS, TCP, RK, etc... I mean, TCP is where I got my Barricade personally. I haven’t gone to a TRU in years unfortunately
