At this point now, I would like to see if someone can find any information on the Toysrus computer for the new Movie Line.

Used my HLJ store credit to pick up this little fella and boy is he adorable. If you aren't happy with the inaccurate deluxe this guy is well worth the $5 or so he costs

I got Scorn and Voyager Megs today, and they are sublime. Two all-time keepers for sure. Tonight I'll focus on my preferred figure, Scorn. The AoE one is among my favorite toys from that line, but it's not movie accurate nor is it that technically interesting. This new one stomps it in nearly every way detail-wise but retains the same problems with kibble, not unlike the Deluxe release. It's huge, hefty, pretty posable, and features the actual best sculpting on a movie figure I think that I've ever seen. The conversion ticks all of the non-Grimlock TLK Voyager boxes for being simple, but not necessarily linear, and reminds me a lot of his wave-mate Nitro. Besides the dinosaur feet, lower spine mass, and arms hanging off the right shoulder, the robot mode is perfect, or at least as close as it'll get in its odd color scheme. Besides bicep swivels being very tight, all of his joints are satisfyingly stable, but still clearly maneuverable. This figure is a must buy for fans of the AoE Dinobots, fans of the first Scorn, or even just people who want an incredibly imposing toy of one of the most metal Bayformers designs in past memory. And hey, unlike Nitro, Berserker, and Optimus, it seems fit for kids! That's a plus!

He's quite the metaphorical step up from his predecessor in terms of looks, and literally a huge step up in pure mass/beefitude.

The several points of tail articulation allow you to recreate his 'pondering' pose from Age of Extinction, which I, for one, appreciate.

A comparison of the two in beast mode is rather saddening, honestly. The old guy didn't stand a chance.

Is HLJ store credit earned through every online purchase or is it a basis like specially marked items?

Wow, they look more like a deluxe and leader together rather than a deluxe and voyager.

I agree. Scorn is awesome. You definitely get your moneys worth with this figure.

It was their anniversary event I think? It was a limited time promotion.

Ah, bumsies. Thanks, but to be fair, the only item I did order during their anniversary was MPM-3, and it was handsomely discounted, so I'd take a immediate discount over gradual store credit any day

Before the inevitable question happens, I have already broken down all the differences between TLK Wave 3 Crosshairs and the AOE release

But the true question now is; which one of the AoE dinosaurs was female?

I haven't bought any movieverse toys in a while. I picked up Hound today. He is awesome, and he looks great with the weapons from the AOE voyager.

by chance, does anyone know of preorders available for Takara's version? Crosshairs is the last one I need to complete my on-screen shelf & I've given up hope of any stores here moving past wave 1...

Why would you wait for the takara version? You do know the deco is the exact same as the hasbro version right?
