Even at a decade old these designs still hold up and look good together, they all could conceivably exist in real life, I'd say the one that stretches credibility most is Ratchet's use of a Hummer H2 for a rescue vehicle. To my knowledge those don't exist, but correct me if I'm wrong. I've seen big honkin' trucks like Ironhide, the Solstice was a fairly common car a few years ago, and you can't hit the road without seeing some form of the post 2007-8 Camero. The new AOE alt-modes are way too flashy IMO.

    Great pic BTW.

Me too. In 2007 five Autobots came to Earth, and those were Bumblebee, Jazz, Ratchet, Ironhide and Optimus. I don't care if they try a butt-pull and say that Drift and Crosshairs were here since 2007, to me, only the aforementioned five arrived here.

TFW2005 did a write up for these figs back in 2008 it seems: Details Regarding Hasbro Hong Kong's Presence at Ani-con - Transformers News - TFW2005

Honestly, I typed in the keywords "Transformers 1 Movie all Autobots vehicles wallpaper", hoping to get that shot of all the Autobots in vehicle mode + Barricade and Starscream, but got a picture of the box set instead :p

Gonna be harder than finding a needle in a haystack to get one of these. They are limited to a quantity of 100, and the last I heard of someone having it (might be sold by now) was this post. Dude hasnt been active since he joined though: 2008 Ani-Con Transformers Movie Boxed Sets

It was easily one of the worst molds voyager-wise in a long while, IMO.

I guess I'm in the minority who think Voyager Grimlock is the best movie figure haha.

I wouldn't say best, but I see no obvious flaw that would make him contender for worst recent voyager mold. Like, we've got T30 Blitzwing that removes his own face paint and requires 3P parts just to connect his shoulders. Also, he doesn't have rubber like some other AoE Dinos.

Leader AoE Grimlock just looks ghastly though.

I tried the leader class but the proportions and fact that he's the only leader Dinobot bother me. I like both modes of the Voyager and I just find him really fun.

As weird as the Leader Grimlock is I still really like him. Being in charge of the Dinobots he really should be the biggest one. And the Beast Mode is weak, but man that Robot Mode is great.

'Best' is certainly subjective, but for what it's worth, he's the only movieverse dinobot I own.......so far. Once I saw the TLK deco, I was sold. The colors of the AOE dinobots were a dealbreaker for me.

Damn, trying exactly to think of what I think the best movie voyager was is hard. Part of me wants to say Battle Blades Prime just because he did so muxh that he did, as well as have a Matrix chamber. Galvatron, Longhaul, Mixmaster, and Evasion Prime are all pretty good too.

It's a pretty crappy KO. I painted it myself. Shipping from sir toys was expensive, the toy it self wasn't so much. I want to think the whole thing might have cost me around $70, maybe worse- I forget. That was the first time I used Sirtoys. Ever since when ever I order I do big orders. The toys are cheap, but the shipping is awful. Unfortunately that KO is probably long gone- they never seem to last or show up in the aftermarket much.

I've got a decent sized Straffe (swoop) to go with my slightly smaller Grimlock (14"). I'm really, really hoping they'll upsize the new Scorn so I can add him as well. I'd be in heaven if they did Slag/Slug to finish it out, but since they didn't last time and it's the same toy I'm not holding my breath.

Is TLK Hounds vehicle mode a Mercedes?

I noticed the symbol on his hood.
