Don't use rubbing alcohol on clear plastic. It makes it brittle and will break with the slightest touch.

 

I was actually contemplating painting TLK Barry's pistol black and giving it to SS Barry so he'd have a decent gun.

 

Here's the guns, figure since they have that modular physiology they could in-theory make anything.

Gonna chop the sniper rifle though.

 

I was thinking About the eventual SS Constructicons I might tackle.

Rampage # 2 - repainted yellow
Longhaul # 2 - repainted yellow into payload
Scavenger # 2 - Repainted white into demolisher

New additions.

Sledge - a red and white scrapper repaint
Buckethead - a scrapmetal repaint

I may find a name and color for a repaint of

Hightower
Mixmaster - mabey gray, white and Orange
Overload - mabey purple like the comic

 

One of them has to be repainted into the guy from tlk in the junk yard

 

I can't believe I'm saying this but I actually want Constructicon repaints, it gives troop variety, options for the gestalt and the potential for more accessories to be packaged with the repaints.

Trench seems more along the lines of a Reprolabels kit rather than a repaint, I mean he is so damn similar to Scrapmetal.

I dunno why but I really want Trench. But he wouldn't work as a retool of Scrapmetal OR Scrapper so it's a pretty unlikely figure

 

That shouldn't be a problem I may post the 2019 ones here and again in a new thread since it will take a while to not only get the 2020 Constructicons but 2 of them.

While yes his body is like scrapper a remold / retool of scrapmetal wouldn't be impossible and I wouldn't put it past hasbro.

But I do agree he's pretty much the poster child for a figure with under a minute of screen time, no dialogue and no note worry action other than transforming once.

Look, if they flat-repainted Crowbar and called it Crankcase, they’ll probably give Scrapper blue eyes and call him Trench.

 

Has anyone made those decepticon rifles from DotM before? I’ve always particularly liked the one with the 4 talon things sticking out that Barricade uses
