It seems almost pretty set in stone, but codenames have been known to mislead/deceive. I'll wait in the meantime, but I fall under the camp that values a SS muscle car Dropkick over a Dino

 

Feel it was one or the other moments.

So I picked up SS dropkick today and enjoy him a lot more than I expected. Kinda fun and involved transformation

 

they're kreons, minifigs from the imitation lego brand "kreo".
kreo released sets a few years ago with large rebuildable figures(think AoE galvatron style transformation), minifigs with accessories for partsforming transformations(as shown in the photos you quoted), and after that also transformable "Lego" builds.

nowadays you likely won't find them outside discount stores.

 

So, I'll get this out of the way and express the news that just came. I'm honestly quite disappointed right now because I was hoping we would get another dig at Mirage because I liked his design and he stood out to me. I was hoping we would get a Ferrari Dino here in the States since I rarely buy from Takara but.. damn. Rest in Peace, Dino. I honestly don't see it happening anymore.

However, I'm also happy that Dropkick is getting a muscle car mode to go with Shatter. I'm super stoked for the film and I really like how Dropkick sounds. His design is just way too fucking good and I think his personality will be too once I watch the movie. It'd be cool if we got a drone version of Dropkick, Swindle, and the others. So, this is weird because there's a positive and a negative out of this.  

He can win cutest Transformer of all time. I'm fine with that.

Gonna have to give it to Jazz. I've fiddled around with him the most and he's so good. Runner ups are VWBee and Ironhide, I'd say.

 

Shinjo Akane is a character from the anime SSSS Gridman.
Almost every character is a reference to transformers, and Akane is one for Shattered Glass Optimus.

 

No dino?? Frack!! And I will bet my honor right now that Dropkick will be a blue Shatter.. altrough a different car in the movie, hastak is gonna cheap out and just “Stinger/KSI-drone” us.. what a utter waste of a good line.. penny-counters win again :-(

 

I can imagine helicopter Dropkick prices dropping like crazy now
