It's mistakes like this which make life more fun. For all we know someone did notice the head and Bay just said 'Fuck it - leave it as a treat for the nerds to spot'.
The fact that RoAM caught it proves that it's there to be seen and thus anyone with eyes could notice it if they were looking at it and realised what it was. If he hadn't seen it then there's every chance someone else would've. Or not. Game of visual chance. It's like when someone spotted G1 Shockwave figures used as part of a set in Alien (or whichever movie it was) twenty-odd years after the movie had been around and no-one else had twigged it despite probably watching the film many times. Never say never when it comes to anyone noticing stuff. It's a funny old world of happenstance. :)

I still say it's too much of a big deal. We can see the Porsche camera car in a couple shots, and in one going down LaSalle Blvd, you can see for a few seconds, the giant crane they set up right at the front of the Board of Trade when planning a spider-cam shot (most likely the one where Optimus flies right around the corner towards the Driller).

:lol  Yes, I like it! That's it... Come on people it IS Mirage after all! This is merely the "movieverse" version of his unique ability. Well, OK they gave him Hounds ability (holograms) instead of cloaking abilities. Actually, if you think about it G1 Mirage should have had holograms instead of invisibility.

Holograms (used in this fashion)=a mirage.

Damn, I just blew my mind!

RoAM hasn't logged on in nearly two years.

Next time, it might be a good idea to check the profile of the person you're talking to and the date of the last post, since this thread is nearly four years old.

It'll save you from possible disappointment when you realize they probably won't ever respond back.
