Erm, you do notice that he's silver and grey right? This new deco is based on the CG model, to the point of them painting some of the circuits in his arms red.

He even has the squadron markings of the Raptor Starscream is impersonating.

I guess I see it now. The silver did'nt seem to stand out as much as the tan. This is just one photo. eh. maybe I'll like it better when I see it on a shelf. It's at least going to be $25 based on robo-vison primes retail price.

I feel better about painting my SS now that I see he's a completely different shade of silver.

I won't get him, but he looks aces!

I take you're still new here. If stuff like this appears on eBay, it's usually stolen packaging samples that were intended to give stores a better impression of what the toy will look like in packaging and all. Usually samples appear several months aheard of the official release.

We don't know the intended release date yet; and if we knew, it'd only be a vague guess, as Hasbro's projected release dates are usually only estimates. Toys slated for a September release could pop up as early as July; toys supposed to come out in January might not be found until March.

Yup, this is the premium version.

From the first pictures, I vowed that I wouldn't buy this mold due to the misshapen vertical stabilizers (seems like such an easy detail to get right), but this deco looks good enough that I might have to pick this up.
