    Hello Again!

Some of you may remember my first version of Twin Twist (if you don't, no hard feelings). Well, he's been sitting on my shelf, looking way too much like Topspin. I still liked my idea, but my execution was adimittedly pretty half-assed.

In another area, a MoC Autobot Armor Topspin sat, unloved.

I've also been wanting to order something from Reprolabels, just to see what they're all about. So, after a little while, the painfully obvious hit me - transplant my work from my first version on to Autobot Armor Topspin, redo the paint job, order some reprolabels for AAT, and boom - better (to me) verion of Twin Twist (and still better than the nonexistant Hasbro version) - they're similar enough to look like brothers, yet different enough that you can actually tell them apart.

I hope you guys like it. I'm pretty happy with it. The paint is a little rough in a few areas (mainly white areas... I hate white paint with a passion), but I'm just calling that "battleworn".

Thanks for checking him out, and if you have any comments/criticism/questions, feel free to post!

Oh, and my assessment of Reprolabels? The freakin' rock. I'm a little disappointed in myself for being so late to the party.

    Thanks!

Thank you! The drills came from a couple of Drill Strike Batman toys from the Dark Knight movie toy line.

This is an awesome repaint! You added onto the chest, right? Looks factory.

I might hafta do one myself. I was so disappointed the deluxe Leadfoot/Twin Twist 2 pack got canned.

    Thanks!

The upper half of the chest was dug out, and replaced with Movie Gears' chest to give him a bit of armor. It took a lot of trimming and sanding to get everything to fit ok. The arms are a little snug in alt mode, but I'm not seeing any paint rub, so that's a big plus.

Awesome! As a huge NASCAR and Wreckers fan this is really amazing! I hope to do something similar when I get some more of the Dark of the Moon Wreckers molds! :D  Keep up the great work! :thumb

Thanks guys! Most of the credit goes to Reprolabels for making an awesome set. It was pretty easy to follow their lead and get a new character out of it.
