Just a rough idea. Got going with the fact that a whale and an aircraft carrier are the two largest things in the ocean. So got it going. The big mouth is to swallow anything on the surface, and he has arms but no legs.

He just swims like a whale, waiting under the surface as a dark shadowed being, ready to destroy everything. The reconnaisance (spelling?) Decepticons transform from F-35s into full fledged Decepticons and abandon ship for their lives before this behemoth transforms into the massive Tidal Wave. With the Fallen gone, he sinks down, to attempt to revive him back...... 

 

a very different take on him, and I like it a lot. It works and I can't wait to see more.

 

I remember hearing your idea before, and I like it a lot. I can just imagine the monstrous whale sounds of him rising from the deep.

 

wow-i stared at ot for about 10 minutes before i realized the picture was sidways. now that i see it, gotta say-AWESOME!!!! very different from my own Tidal Wave, but still pretty darn cool!

 

Pretty much this, though it was more like a minute or two.

Really really like the concept on this guy.

That it really cool, love the giant shark-like take for the Robot mode. Very menacing.

 

i was thinking whale cuz sharks are like tiny compared to this dude. Aircraft carriers are big. he looks better on paper though. These pics don't do it justice
