I think the head looks kind of odd as well. It doesn't look bad, though. The paint app's look pretty nice! Any alt mode pics?
I think he's look better with a more "movie style" head, but anything is better than having a camera for a head like he did before. Outstanding paint job by the way..
Right now the face stands out a bit too much. But I wonder how it would look painted the same gray as the body.
Because of the weird proportions on this figure, it's tricky making a more humanoid face work. I think the idea is good, but he does seem a bit hunched. I am really impressed with the head itself. I never would have thought to attach a humanoid face directly to the camera head, but it's a pretty interesting design. I like the way the swept-back fins on the Swindle head are emphasized; it really evokes a sense of "speed".... which suits Cliffjumper. As a recommendation, maybe the head could be mounted on an extending neck joint, so that after transforming, his head could raise a bit and look around more. It would help it seem less recessed in the shoulders. zmog
It's not the custom head that I have a problem with on this figure, it's the feet. I'm just not a fan of the feet on this mold. That has less to say about Spencer's work here though. I'm in the minority here of actually liking the head he's made
The face on the long head makes it look like Swindle ripped off CJ's face and is wearing it as a mask. ... kinda awesome, in a creepy sort of way.
