I like them a lot personally.

The only bad thing with them is it ruins his disguise, but it sure is cool looking.

I can live with them, but they are a bit pretentious. They're suppose to be Cybertronian prison tattoos, which just sounds like the most ridiculous thing ever. Ironhide didn't seem to have any trouble distinguishing Starscream from the other raptors in the sky in the first movie, so it kinds of comes across as a silly way to make him look XTREME.

I didn't like them at first. But now movie 1 Starscream looks plain to me. And how it's applied on Leader Starscream is awesome. Plus we got a minty Starscream out of it so I'm good with it.

The tats grew on me. At first I had the same (well that's a shitty disguise) impression, but I really like them now. And I don't think the disguise part mattered much in RoTF; especially since Megs didn't give a shit about hiding.

I don't really like them. It's not that I find the design bad, but I just don't think Starscream needs them. I'd rather keep him disguised as a regular F22 that is much harder to spot in a crowd.

I have to admit they look good on his Leader figure, though..

Story-wise, I think I ended up being ok with the tats because towards the end of the first movie Megs was like, "fuck this hiding shit.. get out there and fuck shit up!"

I usually am more into keeping TF's alt modes as close to Earth looking as possible, but whatever.

I didn't like them at first because they make for a horrible disguise, but they actually grew on me, so I don't mind them.

I don't like them because it kind of ruins the whole "Robot in Disguise" thing. Has anyone ever seen an F-22 with alien tattoos? If that isn't suspicious, I don't know what is.

I think that was kind of the point. Starscream was branded with the tattoos so that he could be easily recognized in alt-mode by Autobots.

I can take or leave them as far as the toy goes (ie Hasbro vs Takara). As for the actual movie and story reasons for them, it doesn't concern me to any great degree.

I don't like them because he's supposed to be a robot in disguise. Having Cybertronian tattoo's all over your alt mode kinda defeats the purpose of being a robot in disguise.

Well, he seems to be hanging out with Megs most of the time, so why bother hiding near a blob of metal tank / jet alien.

Also maybe his tattoos are the cybertronian equivalent of a flaming heart with the words "MOM"
