since everyone's doing their version, here's mine.....

Here's my take on Soundwave for the movie sequel. Still think, the best for him would be a chopper, but this time an attack one, slimmer and faster. I always thought it would be best for him to be stealthy, some sort of a ninja-type decepticon.
Soundwave's minions are now the pilots. (see below)
*ravage is in pre-cloaking mode, experimenting with photoshop, i just ran out of ideas.

rushed sketches of movie soundwave showing his weapons,, transformation, head details and action scenes vs prime and bb.... in a cheesy layout

    study for soundwave's minions.
Cassettes were replaced by pilots that transforms into ravage and the other one as lazerbeak. Yeah cheap primary disguise since they just wear clothing. :)

thanks to timshinn for the inspiration.

I like the clothing. That way when they transform it rips off and freaks out anybody in the near vicinity

Great designs and keep working with the photoshop *mumbling* Wish I had photoshop... :redface2:

Remember: If Ravage can bend light around him to make him appear invisible, he should be able to bend the light to manipulate his visage completely. Or just give em a holomatrix. That always works, too...

You know, I'm actually digging "Rainbow Ravage". It kinda makes sense that if he can warp and bend light around him, then variations in field strength might lead to red and blue shifts. I mean he doesn't ALWAYS looks like that but he might have a Predator style optic shift as he slides in and out of visiblity.

I still think Ravage should be a bike.

The hologram idea is a good idea.
In the preview it shows the guy image break up with electronics underneath.

I agree, hologram was a plus insight for the move IMO. However, a triple changer with all of the parts coming from BB's arm to his cannon seems pretty realistic. With the whole magnetic feilds argument.

I dig the "human sized" transformer in pilot cloths....

Maybe they could have that in the sequel....

Sorry, but i think the rest look like "digimons".....

haha, youre right. havent thought of that in the first place. I really should have rendered the minions darker and without those effects. Reason is to for them to standout in the lready dark scenery and dark colors of soundwave, and also just to give it a little comic feel.
