    Here's a list of mods.
    ams
    Buzzbeak
    Deefuzz
    Drew Eiden
    FreshDebesh
    KidDynamite
    Liokaiser
    Razerwire
    REDLINE
    RHansen
    Sol Fury
    Soundwave.ca
    Streck
    Tim Formas
    Wreckgar

On a serious note, almost none of the movie toys are remotely close to movie accurate. This is one of those times.

You can attach the stretcher to his back, though, below the panel that folds back to reveal his head. It's a bit low for his shoulders, but it is the closest you can get it to that spot on the toy.

Someone did it for one of their customs, and I've eyeballed it and it'd totally work.

Just cut a little notch in the hole on his back that will allow you to flip the rack around so the ends come up over his wheels. Voila.
