Hi guys. Been lurking for a while (hence the name).

Thought I'd break the ice with some artwork. I havent drawn a Transformer for a LONG time. :)

Well, here it is. Omega Supreme based on the NASA Crawler/Shuttle combo. Probably a little too G1 for the movie but I'll probably alter the design over time to make it more radical looking.

I really like this. Good job. I could definately see Omega Supreme as a space shuttle like this.

So far, so good! Maybe you could make the treads into the wings in bot mode.

Very awesome Idea I would continue to really work at this design and make it as huge on paper as possible, maybe even drawing it all out on a large sketch pad then transferring it to photoshop and importing some textures and such.

This could be one of the best movie designs ever devised just keep at it boyo.

Actually, this began life as a very quick sketch on a post-it note. :)

I then scanned it in and coloured it in photoshop. I had this idea for a far more elaborate design but it just got more blocky and simplified as it went on. The basics are there.

I figured this is what Omega would be if he had an Earth mode. Theres no Tank that can accomodate a 200ft robot and the Rocket aspect would make more sense as a shuttle and it also ties in with the crawler mode.
I dont see any reason why he'd realistically have tracks like the G1 version.

Ironically the shuttle is being phased out next year so he'd have to reformat. :)
I had an idea for Trypticon as a bucket wheel excavator that turns into a weird looking dinosaur-like monster robot but we'll see if that works out or not.

Anyway, thanks for the comments guys. I'll post the next update soon. There'll be more detail too.

I had the idea of a rocket/shuttle former (named Blastimus Prime. yes, it's dumb). It didn't turn out so well. I really like your design though. It would be awesome to see Omega transforming in the movie!

This concept would actually make for an awesome remake/update of Omega Supreme in the Classics line.

    Very cool idea.
