Prime is kind of cool. Will most likely pass on the Megatron. :/

There is too much paint detail in one spot and not enough in others (take Megatron for example).
Plus the fact that the way they cut corners and simplified the transformations, painting them for a movie accurate robot mode would totally mess up their vehicle mode colors. Bummer.
Well that's more money put aside for Leader Prime!

No more Happy Meals-like than Minicons or other LOCs.

I'll get 'em. Great to have mini figures on the go.

I usually don't like LoC style figures but that Prime is very tempting.

    Hunh.

Will pass on these - I like the Cybertron/Classics LOC molds a LOT better.

Someone broke megatron. Look at the poor fella. Down on his luck. Penniless, legs spread eagle, left by the side of the road. Poor fella.

Either that or he is getting it on like donkey kong. Just look at that "alt mode"

Oh for ****'s sake, what doesn't look "fugly" to you people. I see this dumb-ass "word" in almost every thread here that shows pics of the new toys.

    *rant over*

I am amazed at how small Prime's head is in your sig. I can't stop staring at it.

Yeah, it's shitty that these $3-4 toys fail to replicate the exact same detailing and transformation of the Leader class versions. Bad, bad Hasbro. They don't even have electronics or automorphing! Big trans fat pass!

Designwise, they look like they were cut from the same stone as the classics minicons. I dig 'em.

I'm going to end up with a movie prime display like a bunch of babushka dolls. If only there was some way to fit LOC prime inside FAB prime, inside voyager prime, inside leader prime.

    EDIT:

cut from the same stone? carved from the same cloth? It's too late for me to be trying to form coherent sentences

Not all of them are bad. In fact for being close to their transformations and modes, the only ones that seem bad (to me at least) are Prime and Jazz. For Jazz they could have just gone with a transformation similar to his FAB figure and the same for Prime. Everyone else is good but what irks me is how some have a bunch of painted details in one area while the rest of the figure is ignored. It looks uneven and lacking. The Cybertron LOCs did not have a big a problem with this.

Their pretty neat, worth getting I guess. Not the best of the movie LOC's but I like the LOC line and I think its pretty cool to have all these guy done that way
