    Hi again.

This is my last Movie Legends Figure for now. The two little cannons have holes, but not the main one, so I drilled it. I added little pieces of plastic cut to the size to cover the holes inside his arms. There are three pieces covering each arm, like a jigsaw. Then I painted with acrilycs and enamels. My wife mixed that nice mud color using red, yellow and black. I used a dark green too, and silver.

The fun part of this custom was adding the dirt. I don't know if it's too much mud, or if it's in need of more, so I will appreciate your comments.

By the way, this is the best Movie Legends figure. He can even turn his head, and the mold has lots of details. If you don't own him, go and get one.

    See you.

That doesn't really look like mud to me. Otherwise it is pretty good.

Looks good. The "mud" looks more like rust, imo.

OK, so the mud doesn't look like mud. Does it need to be darker? Maybe I am not so good taking pics, because the color isn't so red, it's more like coffe.

Anyway, thank you very much for comments. I'll see if I can fix the mud color later.

    Looking good Paul :thumb

You get props from me for just working on such a small scale and getting it to look so cool :D

It does look red on my screen too...but if it looks like coffee in person, it may be the settings on your camera thats making it look red to us....

sounds like your white-balance is off a touch. If it were more orangey, it'd look like he'd been through red clay hehehe

I have taken two more pics with better daylight. You can see the color of the mud is not so red now. I have an image in my mind of a tank crossing a battlefield in the rain, cover with mud and dirt, and that's what I was trying to achieve (without success).
Thanks to PK (have you seen the new Sentinel Prime figure? Looks familiar, isn't it?) and Redline for his props and advices, you rock.

Yeah, I's gonna say... I've lived around clay for years; and that looks pretty bloody spot-on.

Although a hair more blue would make it look like 'normal' mud; you've nailed the clay mud color...

As with your previous work, I really enjoy everything you've done here. You NAILED the clay mud (or perhaps your wife did? :lol  You get extra points for her help . . . if we had "points" :lol ).

Your work on these Legends has been really super thus far! I'm excited to see what other customs you have in store for the future as well. Keep up the great work man! :thumb

Many thanks for your comments. I will told my wife that she nailed the clay mud. In fact, 1 year ago we got married. Today is our anniversary. And I already have all the points of the universe for marrying her, but I get your point, SQ7. Good news, yesterday I found two more Movie Legends: Bonecrusher and the repaint of Barricade, in individual packages. I wanted Bonecrusher badly, but I didn't want another Jazz, so I passed the two pack. I will show you a decent Bonecrusher soon.

    See you.
