So, I'm not the first to come up with this idea, or put it into action.

But, rather than hijack someone else's thread with my pics, I thought I'd make my own.

It's far from done, but this is what I accomplished yesterday.

Now to wait for Sculpt-Bot to make that G1 head...

Not yet. I'm trying to figure out how to do them. I was thinking about hollowing out his forearms and rigging up something to flip out.

Like I said, he's far from done. I just wanted to show what I accomplished with deactivating the Auto-Morph and putting the hood back on in 'Bot mode.

I second the G1 head from Sculpt bot, or anybody else.

Originality is way overrated anyways. I think it looks good.

Looks really awesome. Can't wait to see the rest.

Whats this about a G1 head from Sculpt Bot? Is this something I can order?

The forearms aren't new. They're the curved, rectangular tabs that rest behind the wheels, and hinge down.

Someone else started doing this (using the outer hood pieces as wings), and he mentioned S-B was going to make a new, G1 head for him, and that one of them would be reproing it. I mentioned I was interested in getting one. That's all I know...

I tried using the head from Robot Heroes Jazz, but since I don't have a drill or dremel, digging out the hole for the neck with an exacto-knife didn't work too well. If I can deepen the hole with something, I can at least use that head until SB makes his...

I really want to give him newer, slender legs, but every option I come up with for telescoping legs, aren't long enough (like Classics Seekers). And, there's no room to cut his existing legs down. So, for the time being, I plan to cut the tips of off his front and back toes, squaring off his feet a little.

What to do about those shapely thunder-thighs, though...?

I'd honestly suggest leaving his legs as 'bulky' as they are. He already has a very massive upper torso, giving him skinnier legs would only make it look out of proportion. As is, Jazz never did have super slender legs or feet and with the doors removed his current legs are *far* more posable.
