in the instructions on step 7 it shows that you rotate the top half of the body about 180 degrees.
HOW THE HECK DO YOU DO THAT?

Pull the chest flap down (its blue, the front of chest in bot mode), front bumper down, and the arms up, then turn 180 degrees

i cant seem to get that... i've done everything the instructions are showing me. I just can't get the top to rotate without feeling like I am going to break it, i don't see where the rotating part actually is on the figure itself.

it's more like the upper chest, don't try rotating the waist joint. It took me a couple minutes to figgue it out on mine too.

Is not the entire upper torso rotate. Is just the part that connected to the arms. The part or panel that connected to the front bumper and the chest panel do not rotate.

yeah, I had the same issue--It sticks a bit at first, but you just need to be sure that there's nothing impeding the rotating disk--if you look closely, it's obvious which piece should spin.

Make sure the arms/shoulders are in a raised position, and that the chest piece with the blue trim is in the down position.
