The answer to your question depends on what you define as an "exclusive". Does a Japanese version of a toy sporting minor differences to the US counterpart, such as Deluxe Bumblebee's clear windows, make it a "Japanese exclusive"? Does a toy slated for a US release which might not come out in the UK (which in turn we don't know about yet) qualify as an "exclusive"? Do you count all those five million different store exclusive multi-packs, with the toys inside the packaging being identical to the mass retail single releases more often than not? If you're not interested in either of those, the "exclusives" in the sense "redecos of mass retail toys with noticeable differences to their previous releases" would be: USA: - Target exclusive Robo-Vision Optimus Prime (Voyager Class Prime redeco with brighter blue color and silver instead of flat grey color) - Target exclusive Autobot Jazz (Deluxe Class Jazz redeco in "G1" colors and with racing stripes) - Target exclusive Starscream (Voyager Class Starscream redeco in "G1" colors and with "G1" head sculpt recycled from Voyager Thundercracker) Those are the ones that have been released thus far. Still upcoming are: - Best Buy exclusive Autobot Ratchet (Voyager Class Ratchet redeco with metallic finish) - Best Buy exclusive Megatron (Voyager Class Megatron redeco with metallic finish) - Wal*Mart exclusive Robot Replicas Optimus Prime/Megatron two-pack (battle damaged redecos) There's also borderline case with the upcoming Target exclusive "Evolution of a Hero" Bumblebee two-pack, which includes a "battle damaged" redeco of the '09 Deluxe Bumblebee mold. Japan: - Hyper Hobby exclusive clear version of EZ Collection (Legends) Bumblebee (given away with the August 2007 edition of Hyper Hobby magazine) - Lawson exclusive metallic version of Deluxe '76 Bumblebee - C3xHobby Convention exclusive "Fusion Cluster" (entry mode) redecos of Protoform Optimus Prime and Starscream (later also sold via e-Hobby)
Toyz and Gamez is a UK based seller who has a small stock of exclusives. Otherwise stores like Big Bad Toy Store get them, but you'll be looking at a slight markup and international postage rates, with everything that goes with that. Failing that there is always Ebay, but sometimes you'll pay just as much from there. Myself I prefer dealing with stores like BBTS since I've been dealing with them for years and years, and haven't had a problem yet. Toyz and Gamez are great too, I've only ever had a problem with them once and they sorted it really quick.
