Looks better from some angles than others. Unfortunately, straight-on from the front is not one of the better angles.

Still tempted to pick one up for possible kitbashing, as it's the closest approximation to my car I've ever seen in TF toy form.

I have to admit, I'm kind of reversing my opinion on this figure. Based on the early pics we had, he looked like an awkward mess. Now, with a few more angles, I'm thinking this is actually a pretty cool figure. It's true he doesn't look great from from a direct frontal perspective, but a more dynamic pose would remedy that.

I think I'll probably try and get one of these, though I too will be tempted to use him as the basis for some kitbashing.

His robot mode looks kind of neat, but man his vehicle mode sucks. Maybe it'll look better in person, though.

Why couldn't the have made him a real car? That's one thing I like about the movies toys, they're all real life cars. It was a selling point to me in G1, and in RID, and now the movie. But he's just ugly all around.

They say he is based on a Chevy Cobalt but why could he not be a real one, Chevy are doing a TF thing with their site so there should be no reason Swindle could not get the liscence.

I'm really liking this guy, though I'm sure it's in part due to the fact that Swindle is the robot I have on the Transformers Game site.

Worst car TF since the infamous Armada Side Swipe.

    Easy pass.

He is, indeed, very close to a Cobalt, but not exact. My guess would be that more licensed vehicles = more $$$, hence why they chose not to use one for a non-movie character.

Anyway, I dig him. I wouldn't want all TFs to be in that style, but he's a nice bit of variety. Plus, how often do we get toys of comic/video game TFs?

Probably "something" because he's far more articulated, complex and detailed than Gobots (and even most recent deluxe Transformers).

They should've called him Laserbeak...his head is a camera!!!!!

Seriously now, I think his bot mode is not that bad, but I think the head needs more work.

Is he really on the movie, or was it designed to take money from collectors who buy everything?
