ok im sometime later today going to make a movie bombshell but i dont know what to use for a base anybody have any ideas?
I've seen some great ones made with the Salvage/Dropkick mold. Chansformers immediately comes to mind! I believe he made all three Isecticons from Salvage, and they all look different and great!
thank you both cause i have spare modes of them and i could make one kickback and the other bombshell so thank you
Sorry for the double post, but Chansformers link was close by, so here it is. It may inspire you! http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/210687-tftm-insecticons-2.html
thank you very much all i need is some wings for kickback since i have stinkfly from ben10 and i dont play with the ben10 anymore so theres an idea and a battle mask for bombshell if i can get the images posted ill have them up by this weekend if they are done or next week
i will im starting with bombshell but if my camera will work it will be up sooner but let me work on the custom and not rush it
ok since alot of people are making all 3 insecticons im buying 3 molds of dropkick so this custom is going to take me atleast 3 weeks to a month so sorry if anyone is mad but i asure you it will be done soon if i find more dropkick molds thank you for your patience
Dropkick makes and excellent kickback, but if you're gonna do Bombshell I can't think of a better candidate than Bonecrusher.
yeah thats a good idea cause i was gonna buy the jungle bonecrusher and swtch the head and arms to regular bonecrusher so ill have spare parts but head wise i could get the robot heros verson of bombshell and kickback
If it helps any of you, i made a bombshell a while back using FAB Jazz as a base. Just to get the torso to look more like the G1 figure. Dropkick for Kickback, obvious. Done, and it works. Can't wait to see the finished product.
I made a semi completed Bombshell out of Movie Payload but he and Shrapnel were never finished After seeing everyone here on a bug kick I may have to finish the paint work on Kickback and crank out the other two...
next time i go to the store ill get some molds cause really i have nothing to use so im gonna go to target eventully and get some bases
I'm with you. Movie Stockade is totally Bombshell. The loose head design, the recessed neck, the shape of the chest area, and the reverse-shell lower legs all scream Bombshell to me. Dropkick is obviously Kickback, but I haven't decided on a Shrapnel yet... zmog
I actually decided the other day that Bombshell was gonna be one of my next projects. I plan to start in the next few days. However, I'm going a completely different route than everyone else. I still want him to resemble his G1 self, so I'm using the Star Wars crossover AT-TE. I think it will fit in with the movie style toys, yet still pay homage to the original design.
