Looks like he has a trigger to spin his blades, which means they can probably spin in any position, like Scorponok. Was movie Scorponok the first toy that could do that or were there any others? Seems almost like he was a test-bed for this gimmick.
Will he have that stupid "catch" that keeps the blades from spinning freely, like Blackout did? Heh, that could be a dealbreaker.

He looks pretty damn cool. I think I'll have to buy him.
I was gushing over this figure when the pictures of it came out of Botcon but now it seems kinda blah compared to what's lined up for next year.
Guess I've had my fill of the movies overly detaled and messy bot modes, I'll still get him and Landmine though since they're cool on their own merits.
I like it. Looks good in both modes to me.
I like the figure, but the engines being assembled on the wrong side bugs me
Gonna have to swap them and hope I don't screw up the spinning action.
these toys always look so good in the prototype stage, maybe it's a gray material they used, but I digress, the disc in the back of the plane spins the propeller blades, that was shown to us at Botcon
Yah I don't know about this one, the propeller hands is still throwing me off. Don't know if I will be getting this one.
i cant tell, which is his eyes?
Fantastic toy! Can't wait.
