a rat. or a large mouse. it's tail seems... i dont know what im thinking off. it just doesnt seem mouse-like.
Agreed...rats are freaking massive. With that pic, I'll probably say maybe a large mouse taken way too soon.
Looking at the ears and long body I'd say a young rat - maybe 1-2 months old - the extra long tail confused me a bit though.
Why the heck did you put it in a bucket of water? I say it looks like a mouse close up, but far away it looks like a rat.
mouse to small to be a rat and the ears look like a mouse but its also looks like a rat cuz of the tail I will go with mouse
A rodent. Why would you kill this creature who pesters houses, and caused plagues back in the English days. Why I ask you, why?
They go to get a drink but they're not smart enough to realize the bucket is deep, and end up drowning in the water. It's a rat.
Try this site, I think it's a sewer rat, not fully grown of course, but back in my old house they use to run rampant(so to speak). The body looks like it's a mouse, but the tail is way too long for it to not be a rat. Also have could you kill Remy? Makes me want to watch Ratatouille: Difference between Rats and Mice
Scary Movie FTW! Anywho, I have seen my fair share of field mice make their way into my house. That one seems rather large...so I would be inclined to say it isn't a mouse.
It looks like a mouse, but it's size makes me think it's a baby rat. My neighbor has had a few rats, and this one kinda looks like when he first got them.
