UPDATE: Re-tooled his shoulders a bit, added forearm plates, fine-tuned many edges and surfaces, and added shin plates as well. Smoke stacks have been made just not attached yet...

UPDATE: Add more beef to his shoulder pads/boxes, gave him a back with trailer surfacing, added a center piece to his front waist/bumper, added shins, and fine tuned and shortened his feet.
Now he only needs some smoke stacks and a paint job ;)

UPDATE: Modded his front waist bumper a bit and added a center piece to it. I'll shave and mold the top and bottom to form the angles of the bumper as well once done.
Also gave him built shoulder box housings - still retains articulation but needs some fine-tuning.
Modded and adhered his feet finally.
Gave him a sword and he has a gun (not pictured).

Still have to do new shins, add some more pieces to his shoulder boxes, and finish up his back with a rear cowl kinda thing...

Didn't know what to do with a DOTM Ultimate Optimus Prime so I figured I'd take a shot at a 'kind of' Motormaster that I'll paint up for a comic like style...still got lots of refining work to do, I want to put those pieces in front of his feet 'as his new feet', and make him a nice chrome sword. Also got to beef up his shoulders and add lower leg mods too.

ALREADY DONE I already swapped out his forearms, hands, lower abdominal area, thighs, head - on a balljoint, whipped up a helmet (still in progress), and will be doing a bunch more.

He'll most likely get light up eyes :)

    UPDATE:

Finished his helmet box, added shoulder pads (actually hinged into place :) ), also did up the feet - still might push them back a little, and also added new shin covers.

I really like everything you've done here so far :thumb

I think I'd suggest using a different head, though. Even an Alt Silverstreak looks a bit more "mean". Regardless, I'll be interested to see what you come up with :)

So, does it transform? Even if it does not, it's still pretty cool.

    Will do, thanks :)

lol, didn't mean for that...it's actually not as gut looking in person.

Wish I had that head man! Thanks, always nice to hear from you on my stuff :D

    I think Sunstreaker.

Interesting, I can see what you mean.

No unfortunately not, but it'll be one hell of an action master I promise!

Hmmm... if you do four other guys with some limited transformation... you have an Action Master Menasor. XD
    Damn, that's cool though. XD

Could you give us more info on the arm transplant? I'm interested in doing just this to my Ultimate Optimus. Did you replace at the elbow or further up? Did you have to pop pins or just unscrew?

Well I built the shoulder boxes out of various 'cut/modded' TF pieces and styrene. I also swapped out his arms with an alternator figure, which as I can recall actually fit right into place at the joint. I also fused his outer original stock forearm onto his alternator forearms, and then simply filled in screw holes and fine-tuned the edges to have a more stock finish and adhesion.

    Updates in first post...
