With a Botcon 2010 appearance of a alt mode Motormaster, what do you all think the chances are that the Stunticons may make a movie appearance?

Would be cool, but I seriously doubt the Stunticons will appear in TF3.

 

Honestly I've no clue as to what the odds might be because they have kept movie info pretty close to the vest this time.

I guess there is always a chance given how much Micheal Bay loves cars and his skill at making really dynamic car chase scenes in a film. Plus if the idea is to have the Decepticons better hidden in the third film then civilian cars don't seem out of place at more places than the military hardware does.

 

That Motormaster was just a custom one that someone made and brought to the Con.

What's that scene they're shooting in Washington DC? Wasn't it some sort of car race?

There was also that car spotted at one of the locations in what looked like Dead End colours.

But I don't think the Motormaster custom has anything to do with anything.

I sincerly hope they make it into TF3, if not all of them just Motormaster as that truck is BAD ASS and looks like somthing Bay would have a wet dream about.

Man that would piss some people off that were against the long nose Prime if they pop up with the flat nosed Motormaster.

I think cars seem to be the last choice left, they didn't win with a mix of police/military vehicles or with big hulking construction vehicles I don't know what other themed modes they could have.

Well, TheLastPrime saw a truck colored purple-ish on set.

 

I'm not making predictions, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Stunticons poped up. Going by the earlier reports of the Decepticons conducting open attacks on people, a few who turned into civilian vehicles could play into that. And there's also the reported car chase scene being filmed in Washington, DC.

 

I know it seems a far-fetched longshot, but I talked to the guys at Botcon who own and maintain that truck; they are lobbying desperately to get it into the movie. They think they have a chance.

Though I can't see it happening, I will say that a showdown between that modded out truck, which looked ball kickingly bad ass, and Optimus, would be a highlight for any TF movie. It was a flat cab with an over-cabin and had about the same mass as the Optimus Peterbilt, totally sweet mods and the perfect color scheme. Looked tough as hell.
