    Agreed. I don't think it's Heros related.

I believe it's an illustration accompanying an article about new technologies that GM is developing.

    :confused2

this would be awesome except for the fact tha the guy just mirroed the damn arms then pasted the door and headlight sections all over the picture instead of drawing real debris

I doubt that the caption-less, context-less illustration was the central focus of the article. It doesn't need an art critique, folks. Some intern probably did it.

Ya, except it looks like crap mixed with alot of headlight sections drawn by a 3 year old. Bumblebee's my favourite design too but this crap can burn in, well you know where.

Reminds me a lot of the old Marvel TF comics whenever someone transformed. There was sort of this standard "Robot crouching/jumping - jumble of parts and motion lines - vehicle" thing they often did, especially if the artist didn't know how the toy worked.

Okay this sounds all interesting and fun, until you get to the list of patents.
they start out simple enough then bam as you go.
And GMC is in deals with the Transformers Movie (Hungry Dragon 2)...

This would make for some great added stop sector seven conspiracies...

Man, folks sure are getting their knickers in knots over a one-off piece of artwork for an essentially unrelated article.
