    G1 Deszaras - hands down. His mechanical dragon beast-mode is totally bad-ass & by-far the most fear-inducing of all the Destron Emperor's of Destruction. Hell, he even scares the shit outta me sometimes...

    Of the ones I have currently displayed (which are my Beast Wars figures in their season 3 forms) I'd have to say Rampage and Dragon Megatron look the most sinister... maybe Transmetal Tarantulas too.
