    There are way too many TF's that're the only one made in the world (mostly Lucky Draws), or are prototypes. It might be easier to narrow it down to rarest official TFs released through retail.

    Why is that rare? Is it highly sought after or did Hasbro not put Bulkhead in a 1 to 1 ration with Optimus Prime when they packaged the Voyagers?

    All of the above. Optimus is 3:1 on Bulkhead, and they were barely released at all before the line was cancelled

    My guess is the chromed G1-paint scheme movie 1 leader Optimus. There's only two, and the same person owns both. Lucky draws typically have low numbers, but I don't think any of them has ever hit two or less.

    That looks pretty geewunny. I'm not surprised since the first movie mold was bested in every aspect by the ROTF leader class toy.

    He is? I had no idea. Well, I guess G1 Unicron is just as good if not better. It's out there, somewhere, owned by a private collector. If it exists, it can qualify.
