-this is my fourth year going to Joecon -make sure every house wife and I rent has extra room for toys -flew to LA and blew off family for Star Wars C4 -used press credentials to see Transformers 3 times before it was even released -spend all day @ work looking up NHL and NBA stats -named newest dog "Kup" -own every version of Star Wars released on DVD
Geez, you guys are light weights. -When I got married, I walked up the isle to someone playing on the piano a version of Final Fantasy Prelude. -My first dance at my reception was to "Eyes on Me" from Final Fantasy 8. -I hanged around the Squaresoft booth at 2000's E3 until I saw Hironobus Sakaguchi to have him sign one of my FF games. - I signed up for the military before I graduated High School in 1997. Final Fantasy 7 got delayed to after I would have already been in, so I lied to them and told them my Mother needed help moving into a new place so I could delay my entry for a MONTH so I could play it after it was released in the US. - I drive around with my window down blasting Megaman music.
Sigh. I'm not so nerdy afterall then. You all shame me. I cringe whenever someone plays Eyes on Me (it's happened more than once) at events or have the Final Fantasy ringtones, although I do recognize them. Not nerdy enough...
I actually haven't heard Eyes on Me played elsewhere, BUT when I got married it was only a couple years after FF8 was released. Anyways, I played the battle winning fanfare when I got a divorce.
