I bid on a TF 1 time of 400 and won a Metroplex G1 complete. 1 of the arms was loose when I got him so I bid on another 1 and won it for 30 and I am currently using that 1 for a tight complete G1 and the other 1 I have is just sitting at the bottom of my shelfs at the back in the corner even though I gave 400 for him. Very dumb idea if you ask me on what I did but that was back in 02"

 

I remember bidding about $300 on a really nice G1 Jetfire impulsively once a few years ago but I was outbid. The dude emailed me a week later to see if I was still interested since the winner decided not to pay him, but I declined since I came to the realization I didn't really want to drop $300 on him.
