I gotta agree with Animated Rodimus. The engineering is fantastic and some people even say it appears that it mass shifts. Generations Scourge has a great transformation too that leaves very little kibble on the alt mode.

Animated Prowl's transformation blew everyone away. He's the best bike transformer out there, with insane posability and zero kibble.

I'm gonna go oddball and say G1 Sky Lynx. Mostly the shuttle component, though.

Leader Prime from ROTF and Leader Sentinel Prime...looking at them, you cant really fathom they transform at all.

Animated Prowl and ROTF Optimus. Also, I know it's a bit early, but Prime Bulkhead.

The Legends version was all right...

I'm with a lot of the thread on TFA Prowl (Samurai Prowl in particular, since it fixed a few issues I had with the original mold), but I'll also mention TFA Lockdown and his ROTF counterpart - those buggers back a lengthy robot into a comparatively compact car.

Id say Sidearm Sideswipe and Terradive. Both totally out there transformations and amazing with the engineering.

No one seems to have answered this so I'm asking it again because I don't know either.

If I had to guess I'd say it was "most fun to transform" but sense allot of the reply are for movie toys that can't be it. I hate transforming them. ROTF Optimus Prime got allot of mention and that one scares me every time I transform him I'm very cautious with the chest bits because I feel like I'm going to break the pegs that hold them in place.

That being said I'm thinking it has to do with how little kibble it has in both modes. And in that respect ROTF Optimus is freaking awesome! What little kibble he does have is actually accurate to the movie so it works.

To me though an "effective transformation" would be one that doesn't make me feel like breaking the toy and kibble doesn't really bother me that much as long as it's held together nicely and not just a bunch of crap loosely fitting on his back.

That being said most effect to me is Masterpiece Optimus Prime and Skywarp. Legends Megatron. TM2 Megatron. BM Deluxe Jetstorm. (I don't know why, I just really like transforming that toy.) RID Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, and Megatron/Galvatron. Pretty much any Armada toy. (Yeah I know they're plastic addict victims but the transformations are fun and simple without being TOO simple. Though that's part of the reason articulation sucks.) Titanium Fallen. Classics Bumblebee, Hot Rod, Cyclonus, WFC Megatron, and WFC Soundwave.
