I havent picked up many ROTF toys (only Gears, Dead End and Ejector) but which one has left you most disappointed (NOT COUNTING DEVASTATOR). I picked up scalpel and he broke 5 mins out the box, i returned that piece of shit and found a nice hidden Ejector.

Prime is amazing alone, Jetfire is ok alone...combine the 2....Let the storm of unholy craptasmic garbage begin!

The Fallen. Could have been so much better with a correct color scheme, and if his head didn't look like it was in the middle of his body. He's still an OK figure IMO, just expected more.

Sideways, however, despite certain off-putting features, has become one of my favorites.

Leader Prime, easily. I was expecting a lot out of this toy, based on all the hype here on the boards, and was severely disappointed. The engineering absolutely sucks, with a number of floppy bits and kibble that gets in the way, and the combination with Jetfire is unstable and generally pathetic. Yes, fine, it looks like the movie CGI model (so does a $5 keychain I have...), but as a toy, it's garbage. I wish I'd kept to my original plan and skipped it entirely; I'm much happier with my TFTM07 Leader Prime.

As far as toys I was looking forward to (not based on external hype) and that turned out disappointing, I'd have to go with The Fallen. Just too fiddly and too many parts that seem to pop off easily.

Rampage. This guy just isn't fun at all. And he hogs a lot of space on my shelf.

I'd say Rampage. I thought the design of Rampage would be awesome, but execution less so.

Overload, Hightower, and Scrapper. Because they don't exist in larger scale.

I love Rampage, but yeah, arms don't have an elbow, legs can only do so much. I still love it, but it is a bit disappointing, I wish they could've done something better with the Jackhammer mode.

Ah, I wasn't aware that ROTF toys could be referred to by a proper noun phrase.

The deluxe Bee offerings this time around are a little disappointing. Yeah it was a true engineering feat for a ten dollar toy in 2007, but I was expecting a little more ala ROTF Prime compared to 2007 Prime.

Voyager Fallen... when I got Leader Megatron and saw that his head can rotate, I thought Hasbro finally learned their mistake from non-rotation head from the first movie... I was wrong. And I hate the way his foot work like Voyager Megatron from the first movie. And no weapon, not even his spear.

Mudflap was pretty disappointing for me, he's just a disappointment compared to his twin who was a great figure

He's still a decent figure, but I'm just saying out of all the toys I got, he was most disappointing, haha. It's still cool, just could be better.

HA Sideswipe, Depthcharge, Soundwave, Chromia, The Fallen. All have been returned or traded away. Pretty happy with all the rest, except for the fact they drug me back into Transformers after I swore them off when I lost my whole collection.

I wanted to say Depthcharge too! I was initially pleased with him, seing as how cool he looked. However, those flimsy shoulder pads were just too much. Still like him though. ;)

Lol u just gotta stick your Gwunner nose in this don't ya? I bet you don't even own one so you shouldnt really say that if you haven't actually had one just a helpful tip some can get kinda pissed of at those kind of remarks. Anyway, back on topic, for me it would have to be rampage and the fallen both seemed good in theory but in toy form they just didn't cut it.
