What are your thoughts on the most articulated G1 figure. By my counts I think it is HUn Grr who had:

    Head articulation (L and r)
    Shoulder articulation
    elbow articulation
    knee articulation
hip articulation (in nearly every direction)
    limited wrist and ankle articulation

Heck, the only thing he was missing was waist articulation!

Any figure have more joints from G1?

I definitely agree with the OP, Hun-Grrr has a ton.

I can't count at the moment (and I am not going to) but these are the G1 figures that I feel have the most articulation in addition to the two mentioned above.

Doubledealer - lots of movement between bot and bird mode, cannon moves up and down in vehicle mode.

Sky Lynx - the bird part, not the lynx, although it would count as some kind of half assed articulation I guess

Cyclonus - good movement for a movie series/blocky figure (arms, elbows, wrists, and legs, knees, toes)

The Headmaster Horrorcons: Apeface, Snapdragon - probably the most movable out of all the headmasters/targetmasters. Lots of bot mode movement, lots of beast mode movement. Alt mode doesn't apply like it does with doubledealer though. The powermasters really don't have any ground to stand on here - just ask Slapdash, Getaway and Joyride how they would rate their articulation - they'll give it two arms down...haha

All 4 deluxe insecticons: Ransack, Venom, Barrage, Chop Shop - great pre-TF action figure like setup. If you don't have these 4 guys you really are missing out...

So far, every G1 toy I own has its weaknesses when compared to today's ball-jointed, ratcheting goodness. The best ones off the top of my head are the aforementioned Shockwave and Galvatron, as well Jetfire (though you may not count him since he is a Bandai creation).

I think you're right, Hun-Grrr is the most articulated G1. Even Action Masters can't compare, and most others in '87 and later didn't even so much as have seperate feet.

Jetfire and Shockwave lack hip articulation. Perceptor can't move his head.

Hun-Grrr gets hip and knee movement from his dragon heads, and has to turn his head around for the tail to cover it.

Articulate? In that case, I change my vote to Sky Lynx.
