    Mortal Kombat Figure Line?

Any good quality figure line out there based on this property instead the Jazwares (sp?) Inc. line? Particularly one in scale/articulation with MLs and Sota's Street Fighter lines? Been on a video game action figure collecting kick lately.

You know I see them at TRU every time I go, but for the life of me cannot remember their details.

Theres an older line that is really pretty good. I forget who made them but they're pretty rare and can cost a bit on ebay, I know that Scorpion, Sub Zero, Shang Tsung, and Liu Kang were released with Kitana, Millena, Goro, and one other set to be released- all based on MK2 (except Goro). The line was an introduction to some Center of Gravity tech or something that allowed the figures top be posed on a single leg with no supports. They're not in scale with ML but I think they're pretty close to the Sota SF figures.

I had the original jazzwaves Scorpion and the hip connector broke so it didn't hold the legs tight which made it unable to stand.

Shang Tsungs the only one of I've ever been able to get

I know that line! With the "Center of Gravity" technology. The only figure I've EVER seen on the shelves is Shang Tsung. How ironic!

after some hits and misses with google I found the line.

Infinite Cocepts was the company that made the above Shang Tsung. Quick Google search brought up these pics.

Theres also an old Palisades line that is more statues with the dragon emblem base. I had the Sub Zero from that line (all based on MK1) and there were all pretty cool.

I used to love those. And the Street Fighter ones. They looked, at best, vaguely similar to their video game counterparts. It was really fun trying to identify which parts came from which Joes. Man, I miss those days.

    Massive mold whoring!
Normally I would be a bit perturbed at such a sight but it's Mortal Kombat baby. Now to wait for the inevitable Klassic Ermac, Rain, and Chameleon along with the Klassic Mileena, Kitana, Jade, Khameleon wave.

Actually I see a lot of mold re-use for the Klassic designs. Hopefully that means they can get a whole lot of characters done.

Jazwares first attempt with both MK and SF was crap, but they seem to have improved a lot with their Sonic line. Hopefully it'll carry over to these, too.

I'm not really a MK or SF fan, but if Jazwares can turn out some good quality toys I'll porbably end up getting at least Scorpion and/or Sub Zero and M. Bison

The last waves of their Mortal Kombat line, specifically the Shaolin Monks figures, were impressive.

Shit...speaking of which, I forgot if I bought Liu Kang and Kung Lao!
