I own mostly Alternators and MPs (Skywarp is on route to me in the mail!)

That being said, I have a few movie toys - but I was very selective.

Leader Class Optimus Prime (I was very surprised that I liked this one a lot)

Leader Class Brawl - this is a great Transformer. I bought 2 actually.

Deluxe 2008 BumbleBee - awesome! I actually want 1 more.

Deluxe Barricade - liveable. Most pics don't show his hands transformed right.

Deluxe Scorponok - great if you NEVER transform him! ;)

Deluxe LongArm - I just wanted a tow truck. You mean he also transforms? ..Oh.

My friend is going to get Voyagers Ironhide and Ratchet and I'll play with his to see if I want them myself. I can't say as of yet.

Jazz was too big for his scale. That was weird actually. So I left him well enough alone.

I'd love a different design for Starscream (and Leader Class size) or I'll leave him alone. I have the MP and a LOT of love for the character, but Michael Bay's Starscream just doesn't do it for me, and the toy design as it stands is worse than the movie design if that's possible. Ditto for Megatron, although I can live with his movie design I guess.

I think the Decepticons did OK as long as you accept they work to a different scale. I have legends Barricade, Deluxe Bonecrusher and Brawl and Voyager Starscream, and they're (loosely) in scale with one another. If the recolour of Voyager Megs ever makes it to the UK, I’d be tempted to get him too. I’m not sure how close Blackout would be to scale, but his mini Scorponok looks close, and Protoform Prime and Legends Bumblebee and Jazz would also match pretty well.

hope they look that good in person. i've noticed pictures tend to show how the figure should look like instead of what it actually does look like. at least the pics from hasbro always work that way. anyways, megatron is sweet, even with his pimp ice.

Agreed. Still don't know why they want the freakin ice there. I'm sure Megs was in the movie without any ice on him at least once.

Yeah, this line totally sucks. How DARE Hasbro make a toyline that actually SELLS rather than warming shelves?

Well, at our store(I work there), they don't actually sell because they're never actually there. It's been a month and a half since we've had ANY deluxes in, and we've NEVER had the new Real Gears. And, as I understand it, the deluxes are the hottest selling of the movie toys...but we don't get them? Makes no sense to me.

Megs looks really sweet, i'll def pick him up and just bash my original release voyager megs i'm sure something can be made from him.... i know many dislike this mold but i'm a fan of it.. @ least he has head articulation! and its one of the few movie figs with waist articulation... and thats by far my biggest gripe with the movie figs... waist articulation makes for awsomely dinamic poses !!m but anyways i'll def pik up megs not sure about ratchet

The auction stated that this will be a very limited edition with 5000 pieces to be produced globally. Could I assume that is crap ??

I think I'll get that Megsie, but I'm not terribly sure about Ratchet. Not far enough from the original deco.

I'm with "getting Megs, but most likely not getting Ratchet."

Hasbro saw all the drybrushed / metallic repaints selling for hundreds on ebay and were all like "I wants a piece of that pie yo."
