Wish I had a clue as to what is next for CHMS. So many re-decoes they could do, that I really wanted. At this point I'd be satisfied (for awhile) if they do Botcon Bugbite. Talk about mutiple orgasms.

I'd quite like a Faux Bumblebee it would be great for head swaps and a plain white Bugbite. as well as Glyph, Cliff & Goldbug.

There was one but it was short lived - I know I'm not the only one still hopping for a Faux Mirage return too as he's also great for repaints.

Couple things:
I do love those alphabet toys. I'm waiting until A-Z are out, then I'll buy em, if I can find em.

Also, I only buy KO's of characters/paint jobs that havent been released by HasTak/FunPub. ie a G1 color scheme of Breakdown, I'd buy that. I don't need to buy the G2 color scheme because I already own that.

But for the people who missed out on the initial runs, KO's are the cheapest way to go for them to complete their collection. Let them, it's not hurting FunPub, and it's not hurting HasTak. The only thing it's damaging is the secondary market. Now if they KOed a toy that is still selling on store shelves, then yes, that would be taking away from HasTak/FunPubs wallet.

Collect what you like. KO's exist because there is a demand. If no one wanted them, they'd go away.

 

But will they be making a Clamp Down? That's what I'm hoping for.

 

A Cop car Sunstreaker like the Diaclone would be nice too.

i don't get it paul you slag off ko's but got 150+ ko's in your toy count...sorry but slightly confused about your logic   what is it? some ko's ok but others not?

I don't see how elitism factors into collecting small plastic toys manufactured in China by laborers that make the same wage regardless of authenticity. The few engineers that designed the toy/art (the only ones that used intelligence in creativity in the toy making process, not the team of people that thought up the crass marketing and general over pricing of bits of folding plastic) have been paid already, it's not like they receive points on each toy sold.

Also, "creativity" is not synonymous with "intellectual property." Creativity can not be stolen, as the term stolen would implicate that the previous owner no longer contained said creativity. Perhaps pirated or appropriated would be the more appropriate terminology.
