That plane is just Bay's jet, registered to his production company. The 4500X tail number was used on the Pave Lows representing Blackout in Transformers 1. Oh dear. They got their continuities mixed up. Also, if they're hoping for information to explain stuff they've heard about Transformers 2, the TF Wiki isn't going to help because we have a strict no rumours and no leaked news/pics policy. Now, if they wanted to expand their knowledge of Transformers in general...
Armada/Energon/Cybertron Jetfire (who sometimes pretends to be a Decepticon named Sky Shadow) has *nothing* to do with the movie. That site you linked just confused themselves because, I assume, they weren't aware Transformers is split upt into many continuities and universes.
