This is my latest attempt at making each one of my now 6 Jeep molds, look different from each other. I previously cut off the rollbars on my Swindle and after watching "Starscream's Brigade" I decided to add the purple to his hood to make him a bit more G1. I took the spare tire off and drilled the hole a bit so the new gun (from classics 2 pack Optimus) would fit in its place. I modified his original gun so it fits into the larger gun ala G1 once again. I've also done the shoulder mod so he has more articulation in his arms as well as drilled a hole in his arm so the bigger gun can fit there like it did in the cartoon. Lastly I painted his nose black and dremelled in between his eyes and also painted it black to split the visor into two eyes. Enjoy

Thanks. I'm not sure if I should maybe paint the whole hood purple or just keep it the way it is

That's pretty slick man! Great use of the "tommy gun" from the DVD Classics Prime too!

Personally, I like how you have everything now. Great job :thumb

I really like what you've done with the gun as well... The figure looks great all the way around!

*Wonders what Hound would look like with a similar modification, giving him his gun back!*

Hey thanks man. Yeah I think I'm keeping him this way for now. Maybe touch up the paint a bit, but I'm moving on to more projects

That's funny cuz I just got my G1 Hound in the mail today and I was thinking the same thing. I may keep Hound's rollbars and just drill a hole in them for a gun

I like it, but I think you should do a second coat of purple... The yellow kinda shows through in places (the pics make it way more obvious than it probably is... And the pics only barely show it)

The purple really looks ok where it is... I don't see why the whole hood would need painted. The gun is also a really nice touch.

I like it a lot :thumb  . However the black between his eyes can't you make it less glossy e.g with some fine sand paper or so.
