The Classics Seeker mold was up to around 31 uses. I think that was including stuff like the CHMS figures. But I think that mold was definitively proven to be the record holder.

My money would probably be on the Classics seeker mold. By the time Naccelle hit from the TFSS hit, the mold was supossedly showing signs of severe degredation from what I heard.

More recently though, I think the CW helicopter has been used quite a bit too. Off the top of my head: Alpha Bravo, Blades (CW & UW), Vortex(CW & UW), the two from Victorion, the same two from UW Megatronia, Rotor from UW Ruination, TFSS Spinster...

 

If you consider remolds that title has to go to the GoBots / Spychangers and their insane number of repaints...even taking just the Spychangers Lamborghini....
